      Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a good time over the holidays and celebrated with people you wanted to be with.

      Most people make resolutions or set goals for the upcoming year. Last year, I didn’t necessarily have any specific resolution but a plan to become a better person. Looking back on last year, I definitely think that I made strides in the right direction.

      This year, I want to do the same. I want to make a general plan rather than a specific resolution. Setting tiny goals to generate one big goal works For me so I am sticking to that method. I have written down small goals for the year in order to get closer to becoming the best version of me.

      – See a therapist again and make a decision off the experience instead of anxiety
      – start going to church again
